Olivia & Christian ~ June, 2011

I had a fun time taking Olivia & Christian's pictures, & I'm having a blast editing their session. Here are some of my favorites. I especially love the tea party shots. Olivia was using a tea set passed down from her great-grandmother, & the blanket was made by my great-grandmother. Rory....again

Since I had to stay home today, I thought I could FINALLY take Lucas's 3 year picture & use my new backdrop & floor. Well, he was NOT in the mood. He was WAAAAAYYY over tired & just plain foul. So, guess who stepped in? Rory took over &, once again, I got some pictures of her. I was just trying to experiment w/ my new lens. You can't see my background or floor, but she looked so pretty (despite not brushing her hair) I had to post :)

McLellan family ~ June, 2011

I finally got to take some pictures of the McLellan kids. We had been planning outside pictures for about 2 months now, & the weather finally cooperated with us. By "cooperated", I mean, it didn't rain. It was, however, extremely hot. We'll take what we can get. :) So, these pictures were taken at the Carol Stream Town Center, per the client's request. I had never been there, despite living in Carol Stream. The kids were up for anything & I took full advantage of that. :) I'll be posting more from this session. I was really happy w/ my progress so far, so I thought I'd share what I had done. :)

Olivia turns 3 ~ June, 2011

I had the pleasure of attending Olivia's 3rd birthday party as a guest, but, as usual, I had to take pictures the entire time. I just can't help myself. :) Since I was a guest, I restrained myself & only edited a couple of pictures. I thought I'd share some pictures with you. I am available for parties :)
